All coaching sessions are conducted in a confidential and supportive environment. Sandrine Bru respects your privacy, and any information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential. Information will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Nature of Coaching

Sandrine Bru is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Coaching services are intended to support personal development and growth through energy awareness, reflection, and conversation. These services do not replace mental health counseling, therapy, or any form of clinical intervention.

Cancellations and Missed Sessions

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. Missed sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

Refund Policy

Payments for coaching sessions or packages are non-refundable. This policy is in place to honor Sandrine’s time and commitment to her clients and to encourage consistency in your growth process.

By purchasing a session or package, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
